Thanksgiving this year was a little different. Daniel was scheduled to work so we desperately begged for family to come to us so we weren't alone for the holiday.
Well it turns out we didn't have to beg too hard because Daniel's family came willingly.
So we prepared our feast for 2:00 that afternoon so Daniel could eat himself uncomfortably full with the rest of us before he had to head to work that night.
But it wasn't needed!
Daniel was put on call!
Usually this isn't an exciting event but I knew he was disappointed he had to spend his time working while his family was in town.
It turned out to be one of my very favorite Thanksgivings.

Thanksgiving was so wonderful and I realized that I have so much more to be Thankful for than I could have ever imagined.
The blessings have been poured on Daniel and I this year and It was nice to be able to reflect on them as we ate Turkey and potatoes.
