Getting crafty

So I have been collecting fabric every time it goes on sale with the idea that I am going to make lots of baby stuff. Well I didn't have a sewing machine, or the know how when it comes to using a sewing machine so Daniel was a little concerned about my yards of fabric and no product. 

Well Ella Lou has a sewing machine that I can use anytime I want so I finally made something!

I found this tutorial months ago and I wanted to make it but it looked kind of hard. 

I underestimated myself because it actually wasn't that hard. 

I changed that pattern a little though because I was lazy. 

Daniel was a big help too. He taught me how to put that funny foot down on the sewing machine and change the stitch.

He's such a domestic.

So here is my diaper clutch!

{It's supposed to organize diapers and wipes in your diaper bag}

It's a little crooked but you can't expect too much from someone who was using a sewing machine from the 50's.
