20 week bumpdate

How far along: 20 weeks.
Size of baby: The length of a banana (about 10 1/2 ounces)
Sleep: Sleep would be really easy if Lincoln was sleeping through the nights but no problems otherwise. In fact I can still sleep on my stomach.
Cravings: Chobani yogurt with the mix-ins and fresh fruit and berries. Before this week I've been wanting cake, cookies, and french fries. I'm not sure why that changed but it's probably for the better.
Baby movement: All the time! She's not quite strong enough to be felt  by anyone other than me so it's still a sweet moment between the two of us when she kicks. Whenever Lincoln is laying on me, she always seems to go crazy and kicks like a wild woman. I think she loves her big brother already.
Challenges this week: Being okay with my changing body. I didn't lose all of my baby weight after I had Lincoln so I have to remind myself (often) That I'm not fat and I'm carrying life. And coming from a hormonal pregnant woman that is not an easy thing to accept. I really need to take a break being pregnant for awhile after this little girl makes her entrance into the world. I need my body back haha.
Best moment this week: Hitting the half way point. With all of the drama and scare at the beggining of the pregnancy it's a relief and a blessing to have made it to this point when we thought we weren't even going to make it past the first trimester. We also got her a crib! We plan to keep Lincoln in his crib for a while so we are going to be a two crib family. We bought a crib that we want to paint and redo so I'm excited for that project.

This first half has felt like it has just crept by. I'm hoping this second half goes a little quicker because I am anxious to meet this little girl.
