Lincoln at the fair

While we were in Bear Lake we went to the county fair. I thought it would be a perfect time to put Lincoln on his first carnival ride. I picked the carousel because I could ride with him. Let me walk you through what happened. 

First we took pictures because I'm a mom and want to remember all of his first. 

Then the ride started,

Panic ensues, 

A quick dive off the horse because there is no way riding it was fun.  

Of course I wasn't ready to let him hate the ride so I tried to put him back on the horse. 

He wasn't happy about that.

Finally I just gave up and rode on the bench. Not nearly as fun as the horse and he was still in panic mode the entire time. 

Maybe we'll have better luck next year.
